Ms. Kerieda Rowe
Kerieda Rowe is a science teacher with a difference! Having over 13 years of teaching experience; Ms. Rowe has successfully taught almost all of the key science subjects (Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Human and Social Biology, Integrated Science) up to the CSEC level and tutored both CAPE Biology and CAPE Chemistry. While the majority of her teaching career has been at the high school level; her diverse knowledge base and flexible teaching style has afforded her the opportunity to offer her services to students doing PEP (formerly GSAT) preparations well as, lecture professional Pharmacy Technician and Phlebotomy Technician vocational courses.
Her career has led her to grace many classrooms over the years, inclusive of: Hampton School, Munro College, Northern Caribbean University, University of the West Indies Open Campus, Distinction College (COISH) and most recently Glebelands School in the United Kingdom.
Ms. Rowe hails Northern Caribbean University as her alma mater; where she earned an ASc in Biology (Hons) and a BSc in Medical Technology (Hons). She has an Advanced Diploma in Teaching, Training and Assessing Learning from the City & Guilds of London,and she is presently reading for her Masters Degree in Adult and Continuing Education at the UWI Open Campus.
A charismatic, energetic and passionate educator, Ms. Rowe takes pride in being able to guide and motivate her students towards achieving their academic goals. When she is not teaching/tutoring she enjoys: hanging out with her family, watching movies and inspirational videos, singing, listening to music, dancing and learning new things.
